The migration price is fixed once the assessment is done. It does not change if the switch takes longer than planned.
Questions
How long is the freeze?
It depends on the number of accounts and chains. We measure it in the dry run and you announce it to your users in advance.
Can we keep our domain and brand?
Yes. Users log in at the same address; the switch is a DNS change at the end of the freeze.
Do you migrate from in-house systems?
Yes, after the assessment. We need a database export or an API that returns accounts, balances and history.
What if the numbers do not match?
We do not go live. Every difference is explained and fixed in the dry run, and the final reconciliation must match before the switch.
