BitPolaris vs AlphaPoint
Two routes to a branded exchange: an enterprise vendor with a long client list and a cloud-first model, or production software you can self-host with a liquidity engine that needs no capital. Where each fits, and what it costs.

| Deployment | Cloud, self-hosted or full source | Vendor cloud; on-prem for enterprise deals |

Choose AlphaPoint if
you are a large institution that wants an enterprise vendor relationship, a US footprint, and a long reference list, and you are comfortable with vendor-managed cloud and enterprise pricing.
Choose BitPolaris if
you need to hold your own keys, launch in weeks rather than quarters, avoid revenue share, and want deep books without parking capital. Also if you want the operations console and the compliance file on day one.
Before you decide.
Can I see the software running before I sign?
With BitPolaris, yes: a payment simulation and console tour on the demo page, screens and films from the running system, then a guided session with write access. Ask every vendor for the same.
Who holds the keys?
BitPolaris self-hosted and source deployments keep keys entirely inside your perimeter. Ask any vendor to point to where the keys physically are.
Is there revenue share?
No. List prices, licence or monthly. Enterprise vendors commonly add a percentage of trading fees; model it against your volume forecast.
How is liquidity provided?
Mirror engine: your book is derived from reference venues and every fill is hedged as it happens; no inventory parked. Most vendors route you to a liquidity partner you fund.
Evaluate on a live system, not a deck.
Trade on the testnet, pay a demo invoice, tour the console. Then ask both vendors the same questions.
